Coupled with the pleasant conversation and laid-back atmosphere, sailing on the Constellation is a great way to experience the best St. John has to offer without the crowds or hustle of some of the other options. Her boat was... read more impeccably maintained .... her food she served was delicious which included shrimp scampi appetizers, a variety of unique cheeses/crackers and fresh fruit...she also serves painkillers as well as a variety of creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic .... as a bonus chocolate for dessert .... with Captain Bonnie at the helm I felt very comfortable on the open waters...we could not ask for more peaceful sunset sail....it was a wonderful intimate feeling with wind blowing in your hair, so romantic ...only 2 couples...pure joy...would highly recommend as a must do adventure!
